Good questions

All questions
Is this physical therapy?

No. It's an educational, self-guided program written by a physical therapist. It doesn't replace an evaluation by a licensed provider.

What if my knee feels worse?

Stop the session. Pain that is sharp, new, or getting worse is a reason to get evaluated, not to push through.

Can I ask Kelly about my knee?

Not individually. Advice about your knee needs someone who can examine it, so a local physical therapist is the right call.

Who should check with a provider first?

Anyone whose knee locks or gives way, has significant swelling, wakes them at night, or comes with numbness, tingling, fever, or a recent injury.
